Meatless Monday 2 Favorite

Meatless Monday occurs every week in the Douglass Dining Hall. This event is meant to promote alternatives to consuming animal products. The dining hall offers vegetarian and vegan options in place of the regular meals for lunch and dinner in order to educate students about vegetarian alternative protein sources, healthy eating and the environmental impact of eating meat. It also helps the campus cut down on overall meat consumption by cutting out meat products entirely from these two meals each week.
